Module 2: Living with Purpose and Vision
Module Overview
This module equips men to move from personal transformation to purposeful action. Every man is called to live intentionally — as a leader in his family, workplace, church, and community. Through Scripture, reflection, and practical mentorship, participants learn to discern God’s calling, develop vision, and live out their divine purpose with courage and conviction.

Learning Objectives
By the end of this module, participants should be able to:
- Understand the biblical meaning of purpose and vision.
- Identify personal gifts, strengths, and spiritual callings.
- Develop a God-centered personal mission statement.
- Create a roadmap for purposeful living through faith, planning, and accountability.
- Lead others with integrity and servant-hearted leadership.
Session Breakdown
Session 1: Understanding God’s Purpose for Man
Focus: Discovering that every man is created for divine assignment.
Key Scriptures: Jeremiah 1:5, Ephesians 2:10.Discussion Points:
1. The difference between ambition and divine purpose.
2. Why fulfillment begins when purpose is understood.Reflection: What activities make you feel most aligned with God’s plan?
Activity: Purpose mapping exercise — list your passions, talents, and kingdom opportunities.
Session 2: Vision — Seeing Through God’s Eyes
Focus: Cultivating spiritual vision that aligns with God’s direction.
Key Scriptures: Habakkuk 2:2–3, Proverbs 16:9.Discussion Points:
1. How vision gives direction and focus to life.
2. Why some men lose sight of their calling.Reflection: What does a “God-sized vision” look like in your life?
Activity: Write a one-page “Vision Statement” describing your desired spiritual and personal legacy.
Session 3: Gifts, Talents, and Kingdom AssignmentFocus: Understanding and using spiritual gifts effectively.
Key Scriptures: 1 Peter 4:10–11, Romans 12:4–8.Discussion Points:
1. The relationship between gifts and calling.
2. The danger of comparison and envy in ministry or career.
3. Reflection: What gifts do others often affirm in you?Activity: Conduct a personal gift inventory and discuss results with a mentor.
Session 4: Leading with Purpose
Focus: Leadership as service and stewardship, not status.
Key Scriptures: Mark 10:42–45, Nehemiah 2:17–20.Discussion Points:
1. Biblical principles of leadership and accountability.
2. Leading with humility, empathy, and vision.Reflection: How does servant leadership look in your current environment?
Activity: Plan one leadership act this week — serve your family, church, or workplace with intentionality.
Session 5: Vision into Action
Focus: Translating dreams into measurable steps of faith.
Key Scriptures: James 2:17, Philippians 3:13–14.
Discussion Points:
1. How to turn spiritual conviction into practical goals.
2. Staying consistent despite setbacks and distractions.Reflection: What one goal will you commit to pursue this month with God’s help?
Activity: Develop a 3-month Purpose Action Plan and present it to your accountability group.

Practical Assignment
1. Write your Personal Purpose & Vision Statement, supported by at least three biblical references.
2. Identify a mentor or accountability partner to guide your growth over the next 90 days.
3. Serve in one area of ministry, community, or family leadership before the next module.
